| My iPod Screen is bleeding or has a black mark in it. | ||||||||
| This indicates the screen is cracked. The Screen inside the iPod is made from liquid crystals in glass. If the glass cracks, the liquid will look like a black blob or mark in the screen. | ||||||||
| Why won't you sell me parts to fix my own iPod? | ||||||||
| Unfortunately iPods and there parts are very delicate and hard to handle. Usually customers seeking parts have already damaged their iPod during a battery upgrade. We offer parts and batteries at very fair prices. We are also then able to offer warranty and ensure against further damage. This policy is strictly enforced. | ||||||||

| Can I Upgrade my iPod during service to a different model / colour? | ||||||||
| No. You can not pay the difference to upgrade to another iPod model. | ||||||||
